About Me

• My name is Kate.
• My hair was naturally straight up until about 13 years old, then it turned wavy. I straighten my hair most of the time because my wavy hair gets in the way. 
• I have tons of severe allergies (food and nature).
• I absolutely hate talking to people, specifically strangers, teachers, or friends of friends that I don't know, because I get so worried on how I act or what I will say. 
• Many people call me shy but my friends have called me outgoing and funny, so I guess it all depends on who you ask. 
• I consider myself an anxiety bomb, I am always worrying (you can ask anyone that) and I am a nervous wreck. 
• I absolutely love stuffed animals. They are really cool to collect, but some people give me weird looks when they find out I collect stuffed animals. I mean, I am still technically a kid, so why not? When I move out or something is when I will probably get rid of most of them.
• I love to write stories and make-believe. I have a very wild imagination when it comes to writing stories. 
• I love to draw and sketch a lot because it helps me calm down and collect my thoughts (except when I get frustrated about the drawing). I draw everywhere, I draw on sketchbooks, notepads, homework, tests, study guides, napkins, walls... you name it, I have probably drawn on it.
• I love to sing, but not in front of people. I also like to write music. I play guitar, not very well though - I am still learning, and I like to write songs on my guitar. 
• I have never really been a huge fan of girly things (I still like pink though) and I have always been into more tomboy things, since I grew up with two older brothers. 
• I love to play video games, mostly Minecraft (because I do pixel-art) and CoD Mw3. 
• I used to skateboard a lot but I don't now though because I kept falling because my wheels weren't on tight enough and I lost interest eventually. I like to play soccer. I have dreamed of playing on the soccer team at my high school, but I have never tried out because I am never "in shape" around soccer time, also I am too afraid I wouldn't make the team. 
• I have an obsession with coffee and goldfish - oh man, how I lovvvvve my goldfish!! I think that because I drink so much coffee, that is part of the reason why I am so short. Doesn't matter though, I like being short! Short people rule!! Except when you get crushed by all the taller kids at school...
• I know ASL (American Sign Language) and French. I don't speak them fluently, but I can hold a decent conversation in both. I know more French than I do ASL, so let's go to Paris!!
• I have a lot of insecurities including my size, weight, paleness, personality, voice, and my grades (I say my grades because I am fairly smart, but I don't like to talk about my grades because it seems everyone else is smarter than me - I make A-B honor roll).
• I have had depression for 3 years now, and really bad anxiety for about a year. I have been shy my whole life (says my mother) and have never really liked talking. 
• I love watching tv and I am always getting into a new tv series. I like anime but I also like Free-Form drama. Some of the series I like are: Avatar: The Last Airbender, Spongebob Squarepants, Switched At Birth, The Fosters, Death Note, Naruto, Pokemon: Indigo League, Prison Break, Fairly Odd Parents, Arrow, The 100, Zoey 101, and Doctor Who.
• I also like movies. They are always fun to watch, especially with Oreo Blast Ice-Cream. Some of the movies I like are: Shooter, The Avengers, Iron Man 2, Fast and Furious 6, Avengers: Age Of Ultron, The Lion King, X-Men: Days Of Future Past, The Fundamentals of Caring, My Girl, Home, Tinker Bell: Secret Of The Wings, Tinker Bell and the Legend of the Neverbeast, Khumba, The Host, The Waterboy, Expelled, A Walk To Remember, The Benchwarmers, Standing Up, Daddy Day Care, Holes, Hachi: A Dog's Tale, Cowgirls and Angels, Tangled, The Croods, Rags, Puss In Boots, Turbo, Mean Girls, Cyberbully, Scream, White Chicks, The Boy In The Striped Pajamas, Racing Stripes, The Wave, Let It Shine, Jaws, and Ride Along.
• I also really like listening to music. It calms me and I feel like the music really speaks to me.
